Some kind of search system where you can select which missions you need to do, then someone can come and search and see who else needs a mission.

example:
two people need to do crystal desert hard mode. One is in elona, one in dunes. but they dont know the other is there, this way they would.

Perhaps you could expand that idea a little.

I have often thought it would be an idea if a global mission PuG list tab was added to the party window. On second thoughs, it would probably get too busy when you consider how many missions there are across the Guild Wars world.

Methinks the current system of posting on this PuGs and Grouping Forum is probably a better solution to this problem, as you will get the attention of people on differing servers, although the PuG forum does seem pretty quiet a lot of the time. I have found a number of people who were wanting to complete the same Hard Mode mission as me on these forums, it's an effective enough place to find other players for such things in my opinion.
